These handmade jagua cones are made using natural ingredients only, jagua powder, sugar, xanthan gum, lavender essential oil, and water. Fresh organic jagua cones are made with 100% pure, natural and safe ingredients with no chemical or PPD. Each order is made fresh for easy, smooth, and consistent flow. Comes with storage and aftercare instruction card.

Each cone weighs about 15 grams and comes with a 0.38 pin at the tip, so you don’t have to worry about cutting the right size. The pin can be reinserted in the cone and put back in the freezer to be ready for your next use.

• Fresh jagua is shipped out every Monday unless otherwise noted on the website banner. Please place your order before 8PM EST on Saturday for your order to be shipped the following Monday. For local pick up orders, please allow at least 24 hours for processing before the order is ready. Please contact the seller directly if you would like to pick up your order.
• Jagua is perishable! Jagua cone orders should be tracked, frozen upon delivery and stored in the freezer when not in use. Jagua cone freshness can only be guaranteed if you choose priority mail or priority mail express shipping. Returns will not be accepted on jagua cones due to their perishable nature. If your order happens to arrive late and the cones come damaged, please contact me for replacements.
• Storing your jagua cones in the freezer will keep your cones good for up to 6-8 months before the dye starts to deminish. Never store them on the shelf, always in the FREEZER to prolong its life! Take the cones out of the freezer when you are ready to use them. It takes about 30 minutes to thaw and when you are done using the cones and still have some paste left, you can put them back in the freezer for another time.
• Jagua is different from natural henna in many ways from the texture to the staining process. The texture of jagua is more like a jelly paste. When the paste is removed, your stain will look almost invisible and that is completely normal. Give your stain 12 - 24 hours and you will notice the stain start to darken to a blackish blue color. Make sure you wash your hands with soap and water until the paste is completely off of your hands or else it will transfer to other parts of the body.
• Please always patch test 24 hours before use, if any irritation occurs wash with water and seek medical advice. Though the jagua cones are made with organic ingredients, you can still have a reaction to the essential oils or the jagua itself if you do have allergies. Follow instruction card for the storage and aftercare.
